Lake County Fair Association to host Beer Lovers' Meetup Feb. 20

The Lake County Fair Association will host the second "Beer Lovers Meetup," for people who love fine craft beers, tasty spirits, wine and foods. This year's party is 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at the Lake County Fairgrounds, 1060 E. Peterson Road, Grayslake. The festivities include Mardi Gras music from Zydeco Voodoo. Dozens of craft breweries, each serving several varieties. Wine and distilled spirits, as well as home brewers, will be featured. Tickets are $45 per person ($10 for designated driver) in advance and $55 at the door, if available. Admission includes a souvenir sampling glass, 25 samples of craft beer and other beverages and entertainment.
