Fogo de Chao opens in Naperville

Fogo de Chao has opened another Southern Brazilian steakhouse — this time in Naperville. The new location offers its signature roasted meats on a continuous service. Meat choices include the picanha, the prime part of a top sirloin thinly sliced and seasoned with rock salt or garlic; cordeiro, fresh lamb in a mint marinade; or fraldinha, cut from the bottom of the sirloin; as well as the filet mignon and rib-eye. Diners will also find seasonal salads, soup, fresh vegetables and feijoada at the Market Table & Feijoada Bar. Bar Fogo tempts with shareable small plates, cocktails and daily Happy Hour specials. Lunch hours are 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday through Friday. Dinner hours are 5 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 4 to 10:30 p.m. Saturday; and 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Deka's viewing party

Deka is being featured on WTTW's “Check, Please!” and plans to celebrate with a viewing party beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15. Learn to cook Mon Ami Gabi's specialties at a winter French classics cooking class from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16. The menu includes the warm triple cream cheese with mushrooms, black garlic and sherry vinaigrette; the skate wing made with cous cous, Thumbelina carrots, dates, sherry and sage brown butter; and the crepe suzette with orange marmalade for dessert.
