Dolphins WR Rishard Matthews ruled out against Ravens

DAVIE, Fla. (AP) - Miami receiver Rishard Matthews has been ruled out of the Dolphins' game Sunday against Baltimore because of cracked ribs, and receiver Kenny Still is questionable with an ankle injury.

Stills missed practice Friday. The injuries at receiver make it likely top draft pick DeVante Parker will make his first NFL start.

Backup defensive tackle Earl Mitchell (calf) and right tackle Ja'Wuan James (toe) were ruled out. James will miss his fifth game in a row.

Center Mike Pouncey (right foot) was limited in practice Friday and is questionable.
