Jefferson Starship, comedian Steven Wright among Arcada's new shows

Comedian Steven Wright and legendary rock band Jefferson Starship are some of the artists who have been added to the 2016 performance calendar at the Arcada Theatre in St. Charles.

Tickets for eight new shows go on sale to the public at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 25. The shows are:

• Jefferson Starship, 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30. $29-$69

• Crystal Bowersox, 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26. $29-$49

• Rock of the 80s with Martha Davis, The Motels and The Smithereens, 8 p.m. Friday, April 8. $39-$79

• Steven Wright, 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 19. $29-$69

• "Taste of Home Live," 7 p.m. Thursday, May 5. $12-$15

• Drum Wars with Carmine and Vinny Appice, 8 p.m. Saturday, May 21. $39-$59

• The Chaplin Family, 5 p.m. Sunday, June 26. $39-$79

• Tommy James and The Shondells, 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, $49-$79
