Molto Properties acquires Romeoville building

ROMEOVILLE - Molto Properties recently acquired a 45,000-square-foot industrial building at 49 North Paragon Drive, in Romeoville, part of the Paragon Business Park.

Terms of the acquisition were not announced. Lee & Associates Principal Terry Grapenthin and Jeff Galante represented Oakbrook Terrace-based Molto in the transaction. First American Properties was the seller.

The recently constructed building has not yet been occupied and features a 28-foot clear ceiling height, precast construction, four exterior docks with levelers, and two drive-in doors. The facility is divisible to 22,500 square feet.

"A high-quality, functional property such as this one fits our overall portfolio strategy," said Molto Senior Principal and Founder Todd Naccarato. "We have had great success in the I-55 Submarket. In the past 12 months, our firm pre-leased two spec development projects prior to completion, and we are under construction on a third project."

The property is located in the Paragon Business Park off Taylor Road, north of Lewis University and Lewis University Airport, with access to both Weber & Route 53/Joliet roads.
