Hersey seniors meet Arlington Hts. seniors for fun and games

Nobody is ever too old for fun and games.

On Wednesday - just as they have every year for the last 11 years - Hersey High School's Service Over Self Club organized the Senior Olympics with some of the Arlington Heights Senior Center's most active members.

High school seniors pair up with members of the Arlington Heights Senior Center for a morning of Wii bowling, baggo, billiards and all kinds of friendly competitions.

Hersey students take an active role in planning, organizing and facilitating the day's activities. After the games ended at noon, all the competitors enjoyed conversation with one another over a catered lunch.
