Nolan tosses 5 TDs in 38-7 Georgetown win over Lafayette

WASHINGTON (AP) - Kyle Nolan passed for a career-high five touchdowns, leading Georgetown to a dominant 38-7 win over Lafayette on Saturday.

Matt Buckman and Jake DeCicco both had a pair of touchdown catches for Georgetown (3-3, 1-0 Patriot League). Buckman's second score put the Hoyas up 17-0 in the second quarter, while both of DeCicco's tallies came in the second half. DeCicco had 124 yards on seven catches, Buckman had 36, Justin Hill also had a touchdown grab and Jo'el Kimpela added 84 yards rushing on 14 attempts.

Drew Reed found Matt Mrazek for a 5-yard score to put Lafayette (1-5, 0-2) on the scoreboard late in the second quarter. Reed was 22 of 33 for 195 yards and Mrazek had 103 yards on seven catches.

Nolan finished 28 of 36 for 311 yards and passed Isaiah Kempf as the school's all-time leader in completions.
