Lions rule out Bell, Ebron and Ngata against Cardinals

ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) - The Detroit Lions have ruled out running back Joique Bell, tight end Eric Ebron and defensive tackle Haloti Ngata for their game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Bell (ankle), Ebron (knee) and Ngata (calf) did not practice on Friday.

Safety James Ihedigbo (quad) and offensive guard Larry Warford (ankle) were limited in practice and are questionable Sunday when the winless Lions host the NFC West-leading Cardinals.

Linebacker DeAndre Levy is expected to play for the first time this season after being out with a hip injury and tight end Brandon Pettigrew is probable to play after missing three games with an injured hamstring. Defensive end Ezekiel Ansah, cornerbacks Rashean Mathis and cornerback Darius Slay are also probable.
