Chicago's billionaire couple settle divorce, report says
Illinois billionaire Ken Griffin and his wife Anne Dias Griffin have reached a divorce settlement, a source confirmed to the Sun-Times.
Word of the settlement came Tuesday, two days after the judge handling the contentious divorce of Illinois' richest couple, abruptly delayed the trial on its opening day.
Griffin, 46, is estimated to be worth $7 billion. He initiated divorce proceedings in July 2014. The case has generated a huge amount of palace intrigue as the personal life of one of the nation's most successful hedge fund managers was dragged into the spotlight through court filings.
