Stop by Fall Art Show at Dundee Senior Center Sept. 26-27

The Dundee Township Park District invites the community to attend its Fall Art Show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 26-27, in the Senior Center wing at the Rakow Center, 665 Barrington Ave., Carpentersville.

More than 100 paintings will be on display from a variety of area artists.

Watercolor, oil and colored pencil art work will be priced for sale.

The artists will be present for visitors to meet and discuss their works.

There is no admission fee and refreshments will be served. A raffle will be held for a painting.

All proceeds from the raffle will go to the Dundee Township Park District Senior Center.

The Senior Center for those 50 or older offers a variety of classes, special events, day trips, fitness programs, card playing groups, social clubs and more. The Senior Center is located at 665 Barrington Ave. in Carpentersville. It is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
