DSW to open new store in Oswego

Footwear and accessories retailer DSW announced a new store opening Aug. 27 at Prairie Market, 2590 Route 34, in Oswego.

The new store will be stocked with designer and name brand footwear and accessories, with 21,000 pairs of men's and women's shoes filling the 16,000 square feet space.

"We're so excited to open a store in the Oswego area," said Carrie McDermott, DSW executive vice president and chief operating officer of DSW. "DSW's footprint continues to grow, and we are committed to being the go-to destination for all of our customers' shoe and accessory needs."

DSW operates 453 stores in 42 states and operates an e-commerce site, www.dsw.com, a mobile site, m.dsw.com, and an interactive mobile app. DSW also supplies footwear to 374 locations in the United States.
