Thanks for helping make run a success

On behalf of the Veterans Assistance Commission, I wish to thank all the sponsors, participants and volunteers who worked to make the 2015 McHenry County Patriot Run a successful event.

The team that organized the run, led by Michael Splitt of In Sync, did a tremendous job of reaching out to the community.

The Veterans Assistance Commission works with our local veterans who need short-term financial assistance to cover housing and utility bills, transportation to the Lovell Federal Health Care Center and assistance with the presentation and prosecution of VA Disability, ALS, and Aid & Attendance claims.

We are truly humbled by the community support of the McHenry County Patriot Run. Thank you for supporting our local veterans.
