Attend National Night Out in Campton Hills

Everyone is invited to the Campton Hills National Night Out gathering Tuesday, Aug. 4, from 6 to 8 p.m. on School Road near Wasco Elementary School.

The Campton Hills Police Department has focused on crime prevention as a primary service provided to residents. National Night Out is an annual community building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live.

National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community and provides an opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

At the National Night Out event, there will be more than 30 local vendors and community partners. The Campton Hills Police Department provides free hot dogs and there will be additional free treats.

For details, contact Chief Dan Hoffman at (630) 584-4242 or chief@villageofcamptonhills.org.
