Meet Chicago Northwest announces new website to promote region
Meet Chicago Northwest, the official destination marketing organization for eight Chicago Northwest suburbs, unveiled the complete redesign and refocus of its website, delivering a more functional, user-friendly, and personalized experience for Internet visitors.
Meet Chicago Northwest is the official destination marketing organization for the Chicago Northwest region. Chicago Northwest proudly promotes the communities of Arlington Heights, Elk Grove Village, Itasca, Rolling Meadows, Roselle, Schaumburg, Streamwood and Wood Dale to make a positive economic impact through tourism.
The new website incorporates large photos and graphics, social media, videos, blogs, expanded information about our partners and meeting venues, and direct access to the MCNW sales team.
The responsive website provides MCNW's major customers, including meeting planners, sporting event managers, motor coach operators, and leisure travelers with all the tools necessary to make informed decisions when choosing locations for large events or small weekend getaways. The website developers, Cubicle Ninjas, created a responsive design that allows all website information to be accessed from any digital or mobile platform including tablets and smartphones.
Comments from respondents to a website content analysis, recently conducted by Roosevelt University that compared MCNW's old and new website design and content, are overwhelmingly positive with 85.7 percent calling the new website very good to excellent. One survey respondent stated that "It makes me want to experience what the Northwest suburbs have to offer."
Through the new Partner Extranet, all MCNW partners are able to directly add their own content helping the MCNW team more effectively market their hotels, restaurants, attractions, retailers and service members through the website.
