Where summer construction is coming next in Arlington Heights
Summer construction projects are continuing in Arlington Heights. Beginning the week of July 6, construction is expected to begin for the following locations north of Northwest Highway: Chicago Ave. (Northwest Highway to Oakton Sreet); Race Avenue (Oakton to Olive Street); Clarendon Road (between Race and Yale avenues); Chicago Avenue (Clarendon Road to Thomas Street) and Olive Street (between Chestnut and Dunton avenues). If residents see the curb and/or sidewalk through their driveway is marked to be replaced, they may need to park their vehicles elsewhere for several days. Affected residents will receive an additional "Driveway Access Construction Notice" prior to the work.
