NCH Medical Group adds sports medicine physician to staff

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (June 29, 2015) - Northwest Community Healthcare's (NCH) Medical Group expands its network of experienced doctors as it welcomes sports medicine physician Benjamin Hasan, M.D.

Dr. Hasan, team physician for the U.S. Soccer Federation and USA Triathlon team, is board-certified in family and sports medicine. He is treating patients at 1700 W. Dr. Hasan earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1987 from University of Illinois College of Medicine, Champaign. He completed his residency in 1991 at William Beaumont Hospital, Troy, Mich., and his fellowship in sports medicine in 1994 at Rush University and MacNeal Hospital, Chicago.

Dr. Hasan also has served as team physician for Harper Community College in Palatine and was a volunteer physician for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah.
