Pondexter scores 23 points, Sky beat Fever 83-77
INDIANAPOLIS - Cappie Pondexter scored 23 points and the Sky held off the Indiana Fever 83-77 on Friday night.
Elena Delle Donne had 14 points and 14 rebounds, two nights after scoring a career-high 45 points in a home victory over the Atlanta Dream.
Allie Quigley added 17 points for the Sky (5-3).
Marissa Coleman led Indiana (3-6) with 16 points, and Shenise Johnson had 15.
Chicago outscored Indiana 19-9 in the fourth quarter.
