Eaglewood Resort receives AAA Four-Diamond Award

ITASCA - For the tenth year in a row, Eaglewood Resort & Spa has received the AAA Four-Diamond Award from the American Automobile Association.

The award acknowledges hotels and resorts that consistently provide stellar service and world-class accommodations.

"We are truly delighted to receive this esteemed award for the tenth consecutive year," said Tom Garcia, general manager of the property. "This recognition not only honors the hard work and dedication our team puts in on a day-to-day basis, but also confirms that our guests are receiving nothing but quality service from the moment they walk in."

For 79 years, AAA Diamond ratings have represented excellence in a multitude of areas, including range of facilities, level of services and overall quality. Only 5.4 percent of the more than 28,000 hotels approved by AAA make the Four Diamond list. Eaglewood is the only Chicago area resort that received the Four-Diamond rating.

A Four-Diamond Award-winning hotel must be upscale in all areas: refined and stylish accommodations, a high-degree of hospitality, attention to detail and an obvious reflection of quality throughout.
