Glenbard East 7, Elgin 3: Sabrina Stockman and Destiny West had 2 hits each for Elgin in its season-ending loss in the play-in game of the Class 4A Fremd regional. Losing pitcher Jessica Rago and Madison Latham each had RBI for the Maroons (3-29). Rago struck out 9 and walked 6.
CL Central 8, CL South 1: Hailee Massie was 2-for-3 with a triple and those were the only hits the Gators (18-11) could muster in this loss at the Class 4A Barrington regional.
