Hanover Park seeking Habitat for Humanity helpers
Volunteers are needed for a Habitat for Humanity project that will beautify Hanover Park homes in need of repair.
The village, Hanover Park Community Resource Coalition and Living Christ Lutheran Church also are teaming up on the first "Rock the Block" event Saturday, June 27.
Volunteers must be at least 18. They will make a variety of repairs to homes: replacing windows and doors, painting exteriors, adding landscaping and more.
