St. Charles

• Tania Perez, 21, and Ismael Sanchez, 34, both of the 0 to 100 block of South Spring Street in Elgin, were arrested May 4 on charges of retail theft from a Von Maur at 3810 E. Main St. in St. Charles.

• Douglas William Jensen, 23, of the 2200 block of Fairfax Road in St. Charles, was arrested May 5 on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper signal while driving.

• Alexis J. Lima, 18, of the 1400 block of South 14th Street in St. Charles, was arrested May 6 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Thaddeus John Tomaszewski, 23, of the 2600 block of Evergreen Circle in McHenry, was arrested May 6 on charges of retail theft. A police report indicates security at a Meijer, at 855 S. Randall Road in St. Charles, observed Tomaszewski take 16 packs of Magic trading cards from the store without paying for them. The cards had a total value of $70.24.

• John A. Tugman, 25, of the 1400 block of Indiana Street in St. Charles, was arrested May 6 on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and improper signal while driving.

• Andrew L. Hamm, 27, of the 400 block of Carriage Drive in West Chicago, was arrested May 7 on charges of having open alcohol in public.

• William Vernon Perkins, 68, of the 100 block of Mayflower Drive in Batavia, was arrested May 8 on charges of assault.

• Conor Robert Ellis, 21, of the 0 to 100 block of South Jackson Street in Batavia, was arrested May 8 on charges of possession of marijuana.

• Jeremy M. Guerrero, 23, of the 2900 block of Overbeck Lane in West Chicago, was arrested May 9 on charges of public urination.

• Edgar A. Zamora, 22, of the 600 block of South Street in Elburn, was arrested May 9 on charges of public urination. A police report indicates that officers also discovered Zamora had an outstanding warrant in Kane County for failure to appear in court. • James T. Cavitt, 25, of the 500 block of South Collins Street in South Elgin, was arrested May 9 on charges of public drunkenness.

• Jervonshe T. Purdis, 24, of the 1700 block of Walnut Street in St. Charles, was arrested May 10 on charges of aggravated battery to police, battery, resisting police, public intoxication and fighting.

• Frederick Wallace, 46, of the 1400 block of Indiana Street in St. Charles, was arrested May 10 on charges of battery, resisting police, public intoxication and fighting.

• Fernando Villagomez-Martinez, 33, of the 0 to 100 block of South West Street in Aurora, was arrested May 10 on charges of retail theft from a Goodwill store at 2750 E. Main St. in St. Charles.

• Alexander Steven Heath, 23, of the 1N100 block of Orchard Road in West Chicago, was arrested May 12 on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and felony possession of a controlled substance.

• Reid Elizabeth Maves, 20, of the 1S000 block of East Burnham Lane in Geneva, was arrested May 13 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Paige Noel Zochert, 19, of the 700 block of North Van Nortwick Avenue in Batavia, was arrested May 13 on charges of possession of marijuana.

• Patricia Marie Repetto, 45, of the 200 block of Parker Street in West Chicago, was arrested May 14 on charges of felony retail theft. A police report indicates security at a Wal-Mart at 150 Smith Road in St. Charles observed Repetto attempt to take $373.14 in merchandise from the store without paying for it.

Batavia

• Two chain saws were stolen from Fastenal Inc., 1183 Pierson Drive, it was reported at 7:24 a.m. May 20.

• Darrion J. Armstrong, 19, of the 2000 block of Foxpoint Drive in Aurora, was charged with battery at 7:14 p.m. May 20 in the 1100 block of Lorlyn Circle, according to police.
