Vernon Hills 15, Lake Forest 5: Vernon Hills rolled up 18 hits in the big win. Sami Saliba went a perfect 5-for-5 at the plate with a triple. She also drove in 5 runs. Dana Meline and Tatiana Guletsky each added 3 hits for the Cougars. Winning pitcher Dani Comitor recorded 4 strikeouts over seven innings.
Libertyville 14, St. Viator 8: Down 7-0 after one inning, Libertyville managed to rally for the win. The Wildcats stormed right back and scored 9 runs in the second inning. They finished with 13 hits on the game. Pitcher Hannah Heraty got the win.
