Rauner fighting years of mismanagement

Mr. Prescott is so far out in left field that he hasn't noticed that the wall is being replaced by a new structure at Wrigley Field. Mr. Rauner has been in office almost three months and Mr. Prescott wants him to repair the ineptitude that Madigan, Blagojevich and the rest of the Democrats took 15 years to create. Wow!

I think Rauner was elected governor, not king like Mr. Obama. The state is $100 billion in debt due to the gross malfeasance of Madigan, et. al., and Rauner is supposed to wave a magic wand and make it all disappear.

There is only one way to fix the problem; raise taxes and big time and not on the rich, because Madigan, Cullerton and the rest are millionaires and they are careful to just tax the middle class.

More people will move out, and only supporters of Mr. Madigan will be left. Please turn out the lights before you leave.
