Two Bostons in Naperville nets top award

Two Bostons Pet Boutique & Gourmet Bakery in Naperville recently received top honors at the fourth-annual Retailer Excellence Awards presentation at the Global Pet Expo.

The awards ceremony was hosted by Global Pet Expo and Pet Business magazine. the Retailer Excellence Awards recognizes outstanding pet specialty retailers in a variety of categories, with Two Bostons being recognized for outstanding Customer Service Excellence.

Two Bostons was recognized for the outstanding customer service they provide to each and every customer that enters their stores.

All Two Bostons Team Members go through extensive training; approximately 50 hours; on all products in the store and the customer experience when hired. "We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each of our team members, customers, community partners, and vendors that have made this honor possible. We are proud to be an industry leader in improving the lives of people and pets," said owner AdreAnne Tesene.
