The RAM Restaurant and Brewery debuts eight new burgers. The new additions include the crispy pork belly burger served on a pretzel bun with tomato, arugula and stone-ground mustard; the Cuba libre sandwich with garlic-dill aioli, iceberg lettuce, a Southwest-seasoned beef patty topped with spicy carnitas, grilled red onion and fresh cilantro. Other new flavors include a mushroom burger melt; huevos green chili burger; the touch of Seoul burger with Korean barbecue sauce; the mahi fish sandwich; the grilled turkey cobbler; and the chicken Banh mi sandwich. Lou Malnati's adds poultry sausage
Lou Malnati's full-service locations recently added poultry sausages to the menu as an alternative to classic pork sausage. Although similar in taste and texture to the traditional pork sausage, the poultry sausage it made with an exclusive blend of antibiotic-free chicken and turkey. New pizza pub opens in Elk Grove Village
Salt Creek Pizza and Pub recently opened in Elk Grove Village offering popular fare like a Buffalo chicken and Philly cheesesteak pizzas and a Carolina-style pulled pork sandwich. Starters include Reuben egg rolls and nachos. The bar offers more than a dozen craft beers on tap and another 20 in bottles.
