Auditions for CLC summer musical:

Community members are invited to audition for the College of Lake County summer musical "Working," based on the book by the late Pulitzer Prize-winning Chicago author Studs Terkel. The auditions will be at 6:30 p.m. May 18 and 19, in the Studio Theatre of the James Lumber Center for the Performing Arts on the CLC's Grayslake flagship campus, 19351 W. Washington St. To audition, actors should prepare a song from any version of "Working" and a two-minute monologue from any show. An accompanist will be provided. Director Thomas B. Mitchell seeks cast members ages 16 to 60. Copies of the score and script are available for in-house viewing at the CLC library circulation desk in Grayslake.
