This slate has plan for Long Grove

Long Grove residents have heard the negative political rhetoric about the outrageous cost of bringing Lake Michigan water to residents, and the threat of a new and unfair tax burden that only helps investors.

These are false political narratives and scare tactics employed by trustee candidates Bill Jacob, Stanley Borys and Michael Sarlitto to deflect from the fact they do not have a plan to tackle significant issues facing Long Grove.

The motivation of this candidate slate is to ensure that 70 percent of Long Grove residents continue to pay the cost of maintaining the private roads of the other 30 percent.

Winning a trustee position will guarantee that they and the other 30 percent continue to benefit from this inequitable use of Long Grove's limited resources.

We need to elect trustees that fairly address the critical issues concerning all the residents of Long Grove. The team of Charlie Wachs, Stan Razny and Steve Sintetas has put forth a vision that will revive our historic business district.

They intend to attract businesses that are Internet savvy with a web presence that will help enhance the profitability of the stores in the historic business district.

Their plan significantly upgrades our town festivals with popular music attractions like "Sixteen Candles" and others more compelling to festival visitors and residents.

Unlike their opponents, Wachs, Razny, and Sintetas are the candidates with nothing personal to gain; they are in the trustee race because they have a real plan to reboot our historic business district.
