White Sox Opening Day sold out at U.S. Cellular

Single-game seats for the White Sox home opener on April 10 against the Minnesota Twins have been sold out, team officials announced Friday.

There are, however, a limited number of tickets available for Standing Room Only sections, and a few season-ticket packages are available.

Fans interested in purchasing Standing Room Only tickets should visit the U.S. Cellular Field Box Office (Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday 10 a.m.-4 p.m.). Season ticket packages are available by calling 312-674-1000. In addition, all tickets are available at whitesox.com.

"With a sellout in advance, fans are clearly excited that White Sox baseball is back," said Brooks Boyer, senior vice president of sales and marketing. "The entire opening weekend is shaping up to be a great way to start the 2015 season."

Tickets for the other opening weekend games against Minnesota still are available.
