Rosemont mall allows shoppers to text their questions
Shoppers at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont can now text any question they have about the mall and get a live response from a "concierge," officials said.
The mall recently launched its "Text Concierge" feature, which allows shoppers to send a message to 847-957-4600, and a mall staff person will respond.
"Shoppers can text questions about anything to Text Concierge, so if they're curious about special sales happening that day or if they need help finding the nearest restroom while on the property - all they have to do is ask," according to a news release.
The 530,000-square-foot enclosed shopping mall is located on Balmoral Avenue east of the Tri-State Tollway.
