Big pet expo continues through Sunday in Arlington Hts.

The 23rd Annual Chicagoland Family Pet Expo got underway Friday and will continue through Sunday, March 23, at Arlington Park International Racecourse, 2200 W. Euclid Ave., Arlington Heights.

Organizers call it America's largest family pet expo under one roof, featuring entertainment, demonstrations, the latest pet products and hundreds of animal rescue groups.

Among the highlights is the Baseball Pet Parade at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $10. Tickets are $5 for children ages 3-12; parking is $7.
