Recognize impact of women in your life
March is Women's History Month, a time for us to recognize and celebrate the women who have helped shape our state, county and world.
It is thanks to the these community leaders, educators, doctors, nurses, mothers, CEOs, military heroes, religious leaders and other visionaries that young girls are inspired to achieve greatness.
This month, please join me in acknowledging the impact that women have had in shaping history and encouraging women of all ages, ethnicities, faiths and ideologies to pursue their dreams.
If there is a woman in particular that made a difference in your life, reach out to that individual, thank her and explain the actions she took that had a positive impact on your life.
