New scoreboards to be installed at Allstate Arena

Allstate Arena in Rosemont will be getting two new LED and video scoreboards.

The village board Wednesday approved a $237,139 contract with Panasonic Enterprise Solutions to install the new boards near the upper decks on the north and south sides of the stadium.

The center scoreboard and video screens were replaced and a "ribbon" electronic panel was installed around the seating bowl within the last few years, officials said.

The new scoreboards will also include a video component that will show replays and graphics.
