Police issue Amber Alert for 2 Indy teens reported abducted

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Indianapolis police have issued an Amber Alert for two teenagers who were reportedly abducted at gunpoint in the middle of the night.

Officer Christopher Wilburn says 16-year-old Aaron Blackwell and his sister, 13-year-old Emma Blackwell, are believed to be in grave danger. They were last seen at 3 a.m. Monday at their home on the city's east side.

Wilburn says investigators don't believe a parent is involved in the abductions but also that the crimes were not random. He says investigators believe they were committed by three black men driving either a black Dodge Charger or black Cadillac Escalade.

Aaron Blackwell was last seen wearing a black bathrobe. His sister was wearing pink and white pajamas.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Indianapolis police at 1-888-582-6237.
