Would you keep, eliminate or change them? How and why?1.The only programs that don't pay for themselves are the outdoor pools, Big Surf and Meadows. We keep them subsidized by taxes weather related. Some programs come and go only lasting one season. Our staff does a great job in changing our programs in order to meet the needs of the park district community.Is there any additional open space the park district needs to acquire? Please describe.Yes - but we can't talk about them (close section only).Are there any unmet recreational needs? If yes, what are they and how would you propose paying for them? Or, should they wait until the economy improves?Yes - but these are monthly special interests, wants, like more pools. South side men's 12" baseball at Friendship Park.
