Ramen House Sinchan calls Palatine home
Chef Shinji Sugiura says his new restaurant, Ramen House Sinchan, is like eating a meal in his home country of Japan. Sugiura uses a variety of broth and noodle combinations for his ramen entrees. One signature dish, Best Condition Ramen, is served with medium-thick egg noodles in a chicken broth. Try the traditional shio-ramen made with braised pork, soft-boiled egg and a variety of vegetables in a clear chicken broth. Ramen House Shinchan, 1939 S. Plum Grove Road, Palatine.
