Wadsworth school adds full-day kindergarten

The Early Childhood program at St. Patrick School, 15020 Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth, has added a five-day, full-day prekindergarten session for children who are 4 or 5 by Sept. 1. Applications are being accepted for the class that will be in session daily during the regular school day and calendar year, 7:50 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., August through June. Before-school and after-school care is also available, provided by Afterschool Club. Students in the "Little Shamrocks" program will have the opportunity to attend Mass, eat lunch at school and have fifth- grade "buddies." The Early Childhood program also offers other opportunities for young children: two-day sessions Tuesday and Thursday mornings; three-day sessions are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and afternoons; five half-day sessions are offered on Monday through Friday mornings.
