PAOK signs former Portugal defender Costa
THESSALONIKI, Greece (AP) - Greece's PAOK says it has signed former Portugal international Ricardo Costa on an 18-month contract.
A team statement says the 33-year-old defender passed medical tests on Wednesday.
Costa comes from Qatari club Al-Sailiya SC. His previous teams include Porto and Valencia.
Thessaloniki-based PAOK is second in the Greek league, two points behind defending champion Olympiakos.
