Milwaukee police investigating bank robbery

MILWAUKEE (AP) - Milwaukee police are searching for a suspect who robbed a bank on the city's north side.

Police say the robbery occurred late Wednesday afternoon at a U.S. Bank branch. They say a man entered the bank and handed a note to the teller demanding money.

Police say the suspect fled on foot after he received the cash.

No other information has been released. The investigation is ongoing.
