Olympiakos beats Panetolikos 2-0 to keep Greek league lead

ATHENS, Greece (AP) - Mathieu Dossevi and Yiannis Maniatis scored in the second half to give defending champion Olympiakos a 2-0 victory win over visiting Panetolikos in the Greek league Sunday.

Dossevi opened the scoring in the 69th with a shot from close range after an assist from Costas Mitroglou.

Maniatis blasted a shot from near the penalty spot in injury time following a run down the right flank by Jimmy Durmaz, who went past two defenders and turned the ball back to Maniatis from the byline.

The win kept Olympiakos atop the league standings, two points clear of PAOK, which beat Platanias 1-0.

Also, Levadiakos beat Asteras 3-1 and Panthrakikos drew 2-2 at Giannena.
