Prime Rib Is King (and Queen) A Second Night As Cadwell's Grille In Deerfield Adds Special To Saturday Dinner Menu

DEERFIELD - Cadwell's Grille, 1445 Lake Cook Road, inside the award winning Embassy Suites in Deerfield, has added a prime rib special to its Saturday dinner menu fulfilling customers' requests for a second night featuring its popular king and queen cuts.

The special includes prime rib, baked potato with chive crème fraiche, horse radish cream, vegetable of the day, and au jus. The 14-ounce King cut is $23, the 10-ounce Queen cut is $21.

For lunch, Cadwell's Grille has introduced daily $8 specials and on weekdays beginning January 19 an all-you-can eat soup and salad Bar for $9 with the option to add create your own pasta dish cooked in the dining room for an additional $3. They have also instituted a "free-quent" lunch program; dine with Cadwell's Grille five times, get the sixth meal free.

"To reward our loyal customers and entice those who have not experienced our extensive menu and drink selections to give us a try, we are starting off the year with many new and enhanced offerings," said Dear Wungwattana, restaurant manager. "We have an excellent menu that continues to evolve to meet everyone's needs."

Located one block south of Lake Cook Road in Deerfield, Cadwell's Grille is a tastefully remodeled, modern, trending eatery with extensive libations that meets the needs of young crowds, business professionals and families alike. It offers comfort food with a twist, a downtown experience featuring grass fed burgers, barbecue ribs and short ribs, prawns and grits, rotisserie half chicken, grilled steaks, and seared pork belly. Cadwell's Grille is a dining destination focusing on a modern and fun ambiance, known for excellent service and great food.

Executive Chef, Moises Ibarra, boasts an excellent resume that includes Carlos', The Four Seasons, Del Rio, and Tramonto's. Ibarra's culinary philosophy and passion reflects the growing trend toward a healthier and down to earth lifestyle; allowing the natural flavors of food to express themselves.

Cadwell's Bar libations menu is extensive and filled with premium brands, including its expanded small batch bourbon and single malt scotch menu, featuring local brands from Chicago distilleries such as Koval. Jefferson's, 4 Roses, and Woodford Reserve are among the small batch bourbons as well. There six flat screen TVs featuring the most complete sports packages.

The bar is focusing on their 25+ extensive craft bottled beer selection with brands like Local Option and Revolution, "representin' the Chi," 3 Sheeps out of Wisconsin, Boulevard from Missouri, Founders and New Holland from Michigan, Dogfish Head from Delaware, and many more. Cadwell's Bar expands the "comfort" by serving all of their hand crafted seasonal specialties in mason jars.

Cadwell's Grille has produced an excellent reputation among those who already have found it not only for its regular menu items; including a "Destination Healthy" children's menu, but also its many specials: Build-'Yo-Own-Burger-'Yo-Way Bar; Wednesday and Saturday night Prime Rib, Friday night Seafood Boil; and Sunday 3-Course $15 Early Bird; plus its blue plate specials that are really served on blue plates; Tuesday Industry Nights; and weekday "Appy Hour" from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. when a selection of appetizers are half off Monday through Thursday in the lounge.
