It's time to put a bullet in Metropolis

Does it take $24,000 for this village to realize that it has a white elephant on its hands?

That amount can be added to the thousands already squandered feeding this dead horse.

Whether it's an elephant or a horse our village government should never have ventured into show biz.

Investing in theatrical ventures has, in my mind, never been a governmental direction.

Also, if an opinion survey is taken, is it meaningful or "non-binding"? If it is meaningful, the rest of the study can be scrapped.
