Police announce tickets, arrests:
The Mundelein Police Department's recent DUI and seat belt enforcement effort led to three DUI arrests, the arrest of a fugitive and many tickets, officials announced Friday. Police especially focused on stopping motorists Nov. 17-30. Tickets also were issued for seat belt violations, suspended licenses, uninsured motorists and speeding, among other charges.
