Round Lake library holiday open house:
Friends of the Round Lake Area Public Library is hosting a holiday open house from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at the library, 906 Hart Road, Round Lake. Bring your camera to take a picture with Santa. The event also features activities for kids, light refreshments and a raffle. Seasonal music will be provided by Round Lake Middle School and Round Lake High School. Admission is free. Call (847) 646-7060 or visit www.rlalibrary.org.
