Extend our thankfulness beyond this season

I am thankful that I am able to see the sun rise and the sun set each day. I am thankful for the life God has given me, my husband, my children, my sister, my brothers and all of our extended family. I am thankful that I am able to enjoy each and every day, for having a job and being able to provide for my family.

It goes without saying that we should not be thankful just at Thanksgiving time, but we should think of all the blessings we have every day of the year. It can be easy to get caught up in the trappings of the holidays and overlook what is really important. Remember that life is a gift and we all should be thankful each day for it.
