Naperville man charged in child pornography case
A Naperville man in his late 60s has been charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and one count of dissemination of child pornography, police said Friday.
George G. Chaffin of the 4400 block of Esquire Circle, was taken into custody Thursday, police said, and taken to the Will County jail to await a bond hearing. Police said Chaffin has lived in Naperville for roughly 15 years.
Authorities said the police department's high technology crimes unit conducted a lengthy investigation before executing a search warrant at Chaffin's residence.
