Dentist offers to buy back candy from kids

This Halloween, trick-or-treaters can bring their excess candy to Geneva Family Dental and receive $1 per pound, up to five pounds. As an extra treat, free toothbrushes will be given to help keep children's smiles healthy.

Dr. Melissa Jentz-Cote and Dr. Adam Winckler will reward children for bringing in their unopened candy which will be sent to our troops overseas via Operation Gratitude. Last year, over 127.5 tons of candy was shipped to the men and women serving our country abroad.

Candy will be collected from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 3 and 4, at Geneva Family Dental, 2631 Williamsburg Ave. Children also may write a special note to our troops to be included with the treats.

Geneva Family Dental provides general family dental care as well as cosmetic procedures. For more information, call (630) 262-1055, visit the website at www.genevafamilydental.com or like them on Facebook.
