CLC open house:

High school students and adults can learn about attending the College of Lake County at an open house, Wednesday, Nov. 19, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Grayslake campus at 19351 W. Washington St. Participants can talk with current students, admissions staff and faculty, take a campus tour and attend a student services fair to learn about support programs and campus life. Four half-hour sessions will be offered: How to get started at CLC; How to begin a bachelor's degree at CLC; Honors options and study abroad; Paying for college. Refreshments will be served. Parking will be available in lots 7 and 7A, and visitors should enter at the C Wing. Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m. For information, call (847) 543-2090 or visit http://www.clcillinois.edu/openhouse. Open registration for spring semester begins Nov. 10, and spring classes start Jan. 20, 2015.
