Greek food expert, car dealer join Cook of the Week Challenge judging panel

Challenges 9 and 10 were rated by returning judges Ted Brunson, Michael Pennisi and Joyce Mongello. Here's a look at the ingredient sponsors who joined them this week.

Dan Marquardt: Marquardt, vice-president and co-owner of Marquardt of Barrington Buick-GMC, has been working at the family-owned dealership since before he could legally drive. He's involved with the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce and The Orchard in McHenry.

Jimmy Nicolau: Nicolau earned a business degree from Harper College and has taken culinary classes at Kendall College in Chicago. He's been with Grecian Delights Foods for 20 years and is director of Midwest sales for the food manufacturer. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.
