Wheeling celebrates harvest with Taste of the Town event

More than 20 restaurants, wineries and breweries were on hand at the annual Wheeling/Prospect Heights Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry Taste of the Town Thursday night.

Visitors sampled food and drink from local businesses including many from the nearby Restaurant Row in Wheeling. The theme of the night was “Celebrate a Healthy Harvest.” A portion of the proceeds will benefit three local charities: Alexander Graham Bell Montessori School, the Cancer Wellness Center, and the Korean Cultural Center of Chicago.
