Grayslake businesses cited during alcohol check

The Illinois Liquor Control Commission cracked down on three Grayslake establishments for selling liquor to underage customers, according to a news release.

Authorities said these businesses were ticketed for selling alcohol to minors during compliance checks conducted Wednesday:

• Bill's Pub North, 18945 W. Washington St. in Grayslake.

• Circle K at 1805 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake.

• Thorntons at 34225 Route 45. Grayslake.

Fifteen businesses in Grayslake, Hainesville and Wildwood passed the compliance check.
